Nozzle band heaters are available in mica, ceramic, micro tubular and sealed type. Nozzle band heaters with inbuilt thermocouple are also available. We suggest micro tubular nozzle heater with inner brass bushing and outer SS strap for high temperature applications.Stainless steel mica heater is made of high quality nickel chrome heating wire as the Heating element,using natural mica as insulating layer ,high quality stainless steel as conduction heat layer in the outside , we can according to your requirement to custom heater band , heater plate and kinds of special shape products.Ceramic Insulated Band Heaters for Injection Molding Machine is used in plastic processing industry to keep injection molding machines hot.
