With diameters as tiny as 1/8" (3mm), these cartridge heaters can be configured with wattage, voltage, and lead wire combinations to fit the application. Silicone, polyimide, and mica plate heaters from our flexible heaters, for example, are perfect for heating the baseplate of 3D printers. These provide scattered wattage for an even heat profile and can sustain temperatures as high as 300oC. They can be supplied in custom sizes for specific applications.
