Description
An electric cartridge heater, also known as a single-end tubular heater, has one end that can heat and another end that is cold.
It is made of a metal tube that is inserted into resistance alloy wire as the heating materials. The alloy wire is filled with high-purity magnesium oxide that has good insulation as a filler, giving the product a lot of power, a high thermal efficiency, and the ability to quickly dissipate heat.

Characteristics Of A Cartridge Heater
For its high temperature strength, good thermal conductivity, and resistance to oxidation up to 1200°F (650°C), alloy 304 stainless steel is utilized. Nickel-Chromium stainless steel is alloy 304.
Ceramic insulators are evenly stretched and strung with resistance wire made in Germany and imported from Germany, NiCr8020.
Magnesium Oxide (MgO), imported from the United States, is used to fill all of the ceramic insulator's remaining space, improving thermal conductivity, dielectric strength, and heater life.
The standard termination uses high-temperature insulation and 30 cm of flexible stranded nickel wire that is connected internally and externally. We offer other styles of leadwires to meet the needs of your various applications and address numerous application issues.
The cartridge is shielded internally from contamination by a ceramic end cap.

Applications
You can apply the Resistance Tube Rod Heater Cartridge Heating Elements in various aspects of packing machinery, including:
1-Sealing: Cartridge heaters are used in sealing bars and jaws of packaging machines to provide the necessary heat for sealing packaging materials such as plastic films and pouches.
2-Cutting: These heaters are utilized in cutting wires or blades of packaging machines to ensure precise and efficient cutting of packaging materials.
3-Heat Shrink Packaging: In heat shrink packaging applications, cartridge heaters provide heat to shrink films tightly around products, creating a secure packaging seal.
4-Forming and Molding: Cartridge heaters are used in forming and molding equipment to soften plastic materials, allowing them to take specific shapes for packaging purposes.
5-Embossing: For packaging materials that require embossed designs or logos, cartridge heaters provide the heat necessary for embossing rollers or plates.
6-Laminating: Cartridge heaters are employed in laminating machines to heat adhesive layers, ensuring the bonding of different packaging materials.
