Cartridge resistance heater  can withstand high temperature of 500 degrees, and can also be directly lead according to customer requirements or wiring method. It is mainly used for heating small molds and supporting the use of rubber and plastic machinery.

The typical structure of it is the same as that of an electric heating tube. It is generally composed of 5 parts: insulator, sealing material, lead rod, supplementary material, electric heating wire, metal jacket tube, and terminal. Compared with the electric heating element with the same large heat energy, it can save 5% of the electric heating material, and the heat rate can reach more than 90%.

Pay attention to the following points when using it .

1. It should pay attention to the waterproof of the terminal during storage and service, to avoid problems such as short circuit caused by water entering the inside of it.

2. When it is a solid object under heating at room temperature, such as asphalt, paraffin, etc., the voltage should be reduced at the beginning of heating, and the voltage should be energized for heating, and the voltage should be increased to the rated voltage when the solid is ablated.

3. When it is used for air heating, pay attention to its average arrangement. The benefit of this is to ensure that it has a relatively sufficient and even heat dissipation space, and as much as possible to ensure the fluidity of the air and increase its heating rate.
