Low density cartridge heaters: It is made of magnesium oxide tube by wire. Generally, medium-power cartridge heters and low-power density cartridge heaters are produced by this process.

 

Features of Low Density Cartridge Heaters

1. Alloy 304 stainless steel is used to provide high temperature strength of up to 1200°F (650°C), good thermal conductivity and oxidation resistance. Alloy 304 is nickel-chromium stainless steel.

2. The nickel-chromium resistance wire NiCr8020 imported from Germany is evenly stretched and passed through the ceramic insulator.

3. The high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) imported from the United States is used to fill all the remaining space inside the ceramic insulator, thereby improving the thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.

4. Standard termination, composed of 30cm internal/external connection of stranded nickel wires and high temperature insulated wires. In order to meet your different applications, we provide other styles of leads that can solve many of the most common application problems.

5. The ceramic end cap can protect the inside of the ink cartridge from external pollution.
