Industrial Electric Flexible Ceramic Heater is made of alumina ceramic element and nickel-chrome alloy wire.It has high strength and good heating performance.It uses high-quality nickel-chrome alloy wire as heating element and can be based on the shape of workpiece.The highest surface temperature can reach 1050 ℃.

Nickel-chrome alloy wire and cold-end copper wire are welded by a new process,all welded joints are embedded in ceramic components,and the insulation is reliable.The ceramic mat heater and heat treatment machine become a complete post-weld heat treatment system according to the workpiece and the heat treatment machine,distance to configure a dedicated secondary extension wire.

      Ceramic pad heaters are widely used in prehating and post-weld heat treatment in boilers,power stations,steel,chemical,bridges,shipbuilding,pressure vessels,heavy machinery,large steel structures,etc.Ceramic pad heaters are currently the most advanced and practical heating element.

      Ceramic pad heater voltage can be made into 22-380V,power can be made 1KW-15KW,maximum power is about 64KW/m2.

Note:

1.The heated workpiece must have a reliable grounding;the heater must not overlap when used;the temperature probe must be placed close to the surface of the heated workpiece.

2.The width of the heater shold be 8-12 times,the wall thickness of the object being heated.

3.Complete supply of lead cable,thermocouple,insulation covering materials and special temperature controls cabinets according to user needs,

4.The power error is ±3% and the form factorance is ±2%.
