Superbheater manufactures spiral silicone heaters for a range of flexible or rigid small diameter pipes, with a robustly shaped spiral heating element that can be bent as part of normal operation, our spiral silicone heaters are of good quality and easy to install. Optionally, temperature sensors can be installed in the heater to provide precise temperature control by means of a suitable controller, depending on your needs.
These spiral silicone heaters are suitable for many applications including: fluid or gas transfer, semiconductor processes, anti-freeze, anti-condensation and heat loss maintenance. The use of spiral silicone heaters is increasing in pipe heating applications requiring surface heating to 200°C.

Features
The spiral silicone heaters has good resistance to weathering and aging, fungus and bacteria, acetone, alcohol, formic acid, brake fluid, acetic acid, grease, 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% sulfuric acid, wax and plasticizer. In addition to this, the heater has sufficient gas permeability and good vapor resistance up to 130°C and 2.5 Bar.
Health and Safety
Spiral silicone heaters are used in industrial electrical equipment. They comply with BS EN 60335-1:2012. The spiral silicone heaters must be operated in accordance with these standards and regulations and should be installed in electrical systems protected by residual current circuit breakers.
