The processing and installation requirements vary according to different operating conditions. Below is a brief introduction to the installation process and usage precautions of electric furnace wire in high-temperature industrial kilns:

 

Before using Cr15ni60 Alloy Spiral Coil Heating Wire for Vacuum Furnace:
1. Nickel chromium high-temperature electric heating wire is used as a conductor, and the surface is in a charged state after being electrified. Therefore, it is necessary to use it in conjunction with ceramic insulation materials and carry out insulation treatment.
2. The material selection of nickel chromium high-temperature electric heating wire should strictly follow the usage environment and temperature, and should not exceed the recommended temperature of the electric furnace wire.
When selecting nickel chromium high-temperature electric heating wires, the wire diameter and power load should be verified, and the wiring method and voltage of the resistance strip should not be changed arbitrarily during use.
4. The processed electric furnace wire shall not be arbitrarily changed in size or cut for use.
1、 Inspection before installation of electric furnace wire
1. Before installing Cr15ni60 Alloy Spiral Coil Heating Wire for Vacuum Furnace, the furnace should be thoroughly cleaned to remove potential hazards from contact with impurities such as ferrite and carbon deposition, and to avoid short circuits, breakdown, and other situations.
2. Before the resistance is brought into the furnace, it should be checked for resistance, appearance damage, welding points, and even winding resistance before entering the furnace. If necessary, it is best to adjust the size outside the furnace before entering the furnace to avoid damaging the furnace lining.
2、 Installation process of electric furnace wire
1. Reasonable layout and uniform heating: When installing electric heating wires, they should be arranged strictly according to the design process. The pitch of the electric heating wires should be evenly wound, and the spacing between the furnace wires should be reserved according to the design.
2. Installation interval to improve thermal efficiency: The electric heating wire should be kept at a certain distance from the inner insulation material. In the case of semi embedded or built-in installation in the tank, sufficient external heat exchange space should be left, and attention should also be paid to the unit thermal power load during design.
3. Same type welding, solid welding: Welding of electric furnace wire and lead out rod, selecting the best material of the same type as electric furnace wire. The welding part between the lead out rod and the electric furnace wire must be firmly welded to avoid loosening, cracking, sparking, and short circuit burning of the welding part.
4. Insulation, sealing, and stress free of the lead out part: The lead out rod should be used with ceramic parts when passing through insulation materials, and the connection with the furnace shell must be sealed, firm, and insulated. The lead out rod should be inserted in the center and should not be subjected to stress. Finally, it should be insulated and sealed with the furnace shell using insulators and sealing fillers.
5. Insulation inspection: After the installation of the electric furnace wire, the furnace body should be effectively grounded and insulation inspection should be carried out.
3、 Trial operation of electric furnace wire:
1. Short term power on inspection of the overall insulation of Cr15ni60 Alloy Spiral Coil Heating Wire for Vacuum Furnace, and continue to use it after the insulation is correct.
2. Exhaust dehumidification: Keep operating in a low-temperature environment for a period of time, leaving some gaps to allow the system to emit moist gases;
3. Verification of pre oxidation treatment and heating effect: Slowly heat up the electric heating wire in dry air to 100 ℃ to 200 ℃ below the maximum operating temperature, maintain for 5-10 hours, and then slowly cool down; After pre oxidation treatment, a uniform and dense protective oxide film will be formed on the surface of the resistance band. During the pre oxidation process, real-time testing of the heating effect, insulation, and sealing of the electric furnace can be carried out to facilitate further improvement and maintenance in the future.

4、 Daily use and maintenance:
1. Anti collision: When placing and removing workpieces, it is necessary to prevent them from colliding and damaging the electric furnace wire.
2. Slow cooling: After use, there should be a slow cooling process for the electric heating wire to cool down. It is not allowed to directly open the door to cool down. Sudden temperature difference changes may cause explosion and cracking of the electric heating wire.
3. Exhaust dehumidification: Whether it is a new or long-term idle electric heating condition, slow drying and exhaust dehumidification are required before official use.
