They are used to directly measure or control the temperature of fluids, steam, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of 0-1800 ℃ in various consumer processes. Armored thermocouples have many advantages such as flexibility, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time, and durability. Like industrial assembled thermocouples, they serve as sensors for measuring temperature and are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. 1. Armored thermocouples have bendable performance. The armored thermal resistance can bend in any direction except for the head, making it suitable for temperature applications in complex and small equipment.
2. Armored thermocouples have good resistance to vibration and impact. Therefore, its thermal resistance lifespan is longer than that of ordinary thermal resistance. When using thermal resistance, the following precautions should be taken.
3. Armored thermocouples have a long service life. Due to the twisted cover of weighted iron insulation materials and the maintenance of metal sleeves, the resistance body of the armored thermal resistance wire is not easily corroded by harmful media.
4. The explosion-proof type thermistor is limited to the junction box by a specially constructed junction box, which limits the explosion of explosive mixed gases inside its casing caused by sparks or arcs.
