The electric heater body is composed of multiple tubular electric heating elements, a shell, a protective cover, a base, and other components. The heater is a tubular electric heating element made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire, with stainless steel tubes as protective sleeves and crystalline magnesium oxide fillers. It is formed by compression process and has the characteristics of good mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The working principle of the control cabinet is to use an intelligent digital temperature controller, high-power thyristor, and thermal resistance to form a measurement, adjustment, and control circuit. Using a thermal resistor to convert the outlet temperature of the heater into a milliampere signal, it is sent to an intelligent digital temperature controller for amplification, comparison, and display of the corresponding temperature value. When the displayed value is higher than the set value, the thyristor does not conduct. When the displayed value is lower than the set value, the intelligent digital temperature controller triggers thyristor conduction. When the displayed value is close to the set value (i.e. entering the vicinity of the set value), the intelligent digital temperature controller changes according to P, I, and D rules, making the control cabinet have good control accuracy and adjustment performance. The intelligent digital temperature controller automatically changes the number of triggering pulses of the thyristor based on the milliampere signal sent by the thermal resistance, that is, controls the conduction angle of the thyristor within a unit time, adjusts the voltage, controls the heating power of the heating element, ensures energy conservation and constant temperature, avoids current shocks, and extends the service life. When the device suddenly shuts down and restarts, the control cabinet can automatically adjust smoothly.
