After confirming that the crimping machine is manually operated without any abnormalities, turn on the power supply of the crimping machine and use an appropriate crimping height for crimping, and confirm the crimping shape. Slowly lower the guide plate using the manual operation of the crimping machine, confirm the gap dimensions a and b between the crimping knife and the automatic terminal machine, and adjust them equally.

After locking the butterfly screw of the pressure plate and opening the automatic terminal machine, gently pull it to the left by hand. Rotate the butterfly screw of the pressure plate towards the direction of relaxation, fix the automatic terminal machine, and then follow the steps;

After confirming that the crimping machine is manually operated without any abnormalities, turn on the power supply of the crimping machine and use an appropriate crimping height for crimping, and confirm the crimping shape.
