Step 1: judge the position of the traditional Chinese medicine packaging bag to cut continuously. The three top thread spaces at the bottom of the cutter shaft are the basic positions and their corresponding directions to judge the position to cut continuously.
Step 2: After judging the position of continuous cutting, press the rewind key to stop the cutter shaft and the carrier shaft on the same plane.
Step 3: find the position of the top wire corresponding to the position of the continuous cutting. Put the No. 4 hexagonal tool into the corresponding jackscrew position to tighten the jackscrew. Do not use too much force when tightening, just feel the jackscrew inching.
Then press the rewind key to judge whether it is cut off. If it is not cut off, re-commission according to the above steps.
be careful; If the jackscrew cannot be adjusted during debugging, press the rewind key to move the cutter shaft crossing to the downward position, and then loosen the jackscrew that fixes the cutter on the side. In order to smoothly adjust and cut the corresponding jackscrew. Remember to tighten the fixing screws cut to the side after adjustment.
