The advanced nature of heat transfer oil heating: For wood-based panel hot presses, the heating temperature of the hot press board is generally about 200 ℃. If heating with steam, the pressure of saturated steam is required to be at least 1.6MPa. The heat-conducting oil has the characteristics of high temperature and low pressure. The heat-conducting oil can be heated to 300°C, and the working pressure of the system is only the circulating pressure that the thermal oil pump needs to overcome the resistance of the pipeline. Generally, the heat transfer oil can reach a high boiling point at a low pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa. The heat conduction oil heating adopts a closed heating cycle system, which has ideal heat transfer and uniform heat transfer. The temperature change during heating is small. The operating temperature can be controlled. The temperature difference on the heating equipment can be controlled within ±2°C, even up to ±1°C. For the hot press, the temperature difference between adjacent pressing plates can be no more than 3°C, and the temperature difference of the same hot pressing plate can be no more than 1.5°C. Heat conduction oil heating can greatly reduce the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat press (the temperature difference is generally 10-30 ℃), which changes the disadvantage of the large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat press in the steam heating system.

The heat transfer oil transfers heat in a continuous forced liquid phase circulation without heat loss such as hydrophobic discharge. The heat energy can be recycled, and there is no dripping phenomenon, which effectively avoids heat energy. Loss, significant energy-saving effect, high thermal efficiency. The comprehensive utilization rate of heat energy of the heat-conducting oil heating system is about 60%.
