After removing the foreign matters, the clothes dryer can operate normally.
Is there an explosion?
One of the common faults in the use of a dryer is the occurrence of a loud noise during the drying process. The reason for the explosion may be that the material inside the dryer is blocked, causing local temperatures to be too high, resulting in a fire inside the equipment. The solution to this problem is to immediately shut down the machine for cleaning and reduce the fuel supply to reduce local temperatures.
Unable to discharge finished material?
During the use of dryers, there may be situations in the seed industry where the installation of dryers is not standardized, resulting in air leakage from internal pipes, low wind pressure, and inability to properly discharge the dried products. Uneven drying and wetting of drying materials?
During the use of the dryer, uneven drying humidity of materials may also occur. This situation is generally caused by uneven heating due to the solidification of materials into agglomerates. Abnormal discharge of separator stack?
