# Fermentation Heating Tube System Anti-Corrosion Transfer Handover & Post Replacement Management Specification ## Introduction This specification serves as a supporting document for the comprehensive anti-corrosion document system, which spans from Doc.33 to Doc.102. It standardises the full-process transfer procedures, handover checklist items, residual risk confirmation, archive transference, and follow-up tracking requirements for staff shift handover, temporary post replacement, long-term leave, job transfer, and personnel resignation. It guarantees uninterrupted anti-corrosion management of heating tube equipment during personnel changes, prevents loss of anti-corrosion information, undisclosed concealed dangers, and discontinuous standard execution caused by incomplete handover. Differentiated management standards are used to classify three primary handover scenarios: daily shift handover, transient post replacement, and permanent job transfer. The most frequent routine link is the daily shift transition. Outgoing operators are required to provide incoming staff with a comprehensive overview of real-time medium parameter trends, abnormal heating tube signs, unfinished hidden peril rectification tasks, pending CIP procedures, and overdue static standby risks prior to the shift change. The handover sheet will be signed by both parties only after consistent confirmation of all patrol logs, testing records, and abnormal disposal trackers. The regular post holder is required to compile a dedicated handover file that includes ongoing maintenance cycles, uncompleted anti-corrosion rectification items, equipment abnormal historical records, and special operating notes of local heating tube loops in the event of a temporary replacement due to leave, sickness, or training absence. Throughout the replacement period, the replacement staff must be supervised by team leaders, receive targeted short-term training, and master the corresponding red-line operation rules and emergency disposal steps. The temporary worker and the regular post holder shall collaborate in the recording of any new corrosion abnormalities that arise during the replacement period. A comprehensive, multi-layered transition is necessary for permanent transfers, promotions, or resignations. Patrol records, spare part usage conditions, and incomplete abnormal tracking forms are transferred by frontline operators. Equipment full-lifecycle archives, heating tube testing trend data, ongoing pipeline reconstruction plans, and special tool storage ledgers are transferred by maintenance personnel. Workshop and equipment administrators are required to provide monthly appraisal materials, quarterly audit rectification records, cross-workshop benchmarking results, and pending system optimisation proposals. The handover cannot be complete if any key anti-corrosion material or undisclosed risk is present, and the equipment management department arranges for a third-party supervisor to witness the entire process. There is a unified standard handover checklist that is developed for all posts. This checklist includes the status of hardware operation, outstanding risk items, archive and ledger inventory, spare parts and testing instruments, ongoing anti-corrosion tasks, and training qualification materials. All information must be recorded on paper and electronic forms with triple signatures of outgoing staff, incoming staff, and witness supervisor; oral briefing alone is not recognised. Immediately following the transition, a seven-day follow-up supervision period is implemented. Supervisors conduct daily spot checks to verify that the incoming staff can independently perform standardised anti-corrosion work and to arrange for supplementary training in the event of operation deviations. Personal competency files are archived in conjunction with all handover procedures, signed transfer documents, and follow-up supervision records for long-term storage. A clear division of responsibility is established for handover loopholes: all losses that result from undisclosed hidden dangers or untransmitted standard requirements must be traceable back to the outgoing staff and the witnessing supervisor. This specification eliminates management voids caused by personnel mobility, ensures the continuous and stable implementation of all heating tube anti-corrosion standards, and completes the full-staff closed-loop management of the entire system.
