The processed material is mixed using a large aspect ratio, high shear screw combination, two-stage exhaust mixing and granulation equipment, and melt mixed under high shear to produce a special material. The film is directly blown on a blown film machine. Due to the high concentration of hydroxyl groups in the raw materials, an interpenetrating network structure can be formed, which has good fluidity. The film has good strength, softness, gloss, gas resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, and heat sealing properties. In addition, it is made into The process is simple, with high production capacity, high efficiency, and low production costs. Using 40-80 parts of film grade HDPE resin, 5-40 parts of film grade LLDPE resin, 5-30 parts of film grade PP resin, 1-3.0 parts of coupling agent and lubricant, 0.1-0.3 parts of anti UV absorber, and 0.2-1 part of alpha methylstyrene oligomer, the sum of the above components is 100 parts by weight. The above combination is mixed evenly or made into masterbatch, and then blown into a cylindrical film by the above blowing method on an extrusion blown film machine. The temperature of the three stages of the blown film machine is: 180 ℃ for the first stage, 200 ℃ for the second stage, 220-230 ℃ for the third stage, and 210 ℃ for the film head.
