Application of Thermocouples in Blast Furnace Hot Blast Stove
Leave a message
The blast furnace hot blast stove is the main equipment in steel mills or smelters. The main purpose of the hot blast stove is to provide hot air with a certain pressure of 900-1400 ℃ to the blast furnace. The higher the air temperature, the better the efficiency and effectiveness of the blast furnace. Therefore, the thermocouple of the hot blast stove is an essential component. Due to the fact that these hot winds are directly burned from coal, coke or diesel, heavy oil gas, natural gas or liquid gas, corrosive gases are generated during the combustion process, and various impurities are carried along with the corrosive gases to the blast furnace. In this environment, the requirements for temperature detection thermocouples are quite high. Ordinary high-temperature thermocouples are easily damaged when placed in them
