Atmosphere control and water cooling system in the pusher furnace

1. The protective gas is hydrogen or ammonia decomposition gas.

2. The shielding gas is divided into 2 air inlets, one of which leads to the furnace lining to provide shielding gas, and the other one is located at the discharge end and leads into the furnace tube.

3. There is an exhaust pipe with a diameter of 3/4' on the top of the front end of the kiln body, and the exhaust volume is controlled by a stop valve.

3. Each protective gas is equipped with a 0.16-1.6m3/h glass rotameter.

3. The furnace tube at the discharge end is equipped with two-stage water cooling, and the system is equipped with a water-break alarm function.

3. All air pipes are made of copper pipes.
