Atmosphere control of pusher furnace mouth

When the furnace door is opened, ignite the ignition nozzle of the furnace mouth first.

Heating element and temperature zone distribution

The heating elements are arranged in 4 zones, which are arranged on both sides of molybdenum wire.

The length of molybdenum wire in heating zone is 750mm, and the length of heating zone is 3000mm. Among them, the length of constant temperature zone is 1500mm. The first temperature zone is auxiliary heating zone. The last three temperature zones are constant temperature zones. The length of the transition zone without heating in the feeding section is 730mm. (Water-cooled cavity is provided by the furnace body), the length of the slow cooling section in the furnace is 750mm, the cooling zone in the furnace tube is 3630mm, of which the length of the water-cooling section is 3310, which is divided into two sections, and the total length of the furnace body is 8110mm.
