Basic introduction of rotary friction plastic welding machine
Leave a message
Rotary friction plastic welding machine is usually used to weld two circular thermoplastic workpieces. One workpiece is fixed on the bottom mold and the other workpiece is fixed on the fixture on the precision servo rotating spindle. Due to a certain pressure acting on the two workpieces, the friction on the contact surface of the upper / lower workpieces is heated by the high-speed rotary friction of the upper and lower circular parts, The mechanical energy is converted into heat energy. After the contact surface melts, the pressurization stops at the set position immediately, so that the upper and lower workpieces are welded together to form a permanent fusion and form a tight and closed whole to meet the welding requirements. It is suitable for hot melt welding of thermoplastic PE, PP, nylon and other circular products, and is not limited by workpiece size and material.
