Basic structure of electric heater

It is widely used in many aspects of industrial and agricultural production, scientific research and people's lives. According to the different needs of the place of use, the electric heater has various shapes such as tube, plate, ring, etc., and its basic structure is:
(1) The outer shell is a metal armor;
(2) Insulation layer-mica or quartz sand or magnesium oxide powder;
(3) Electric heating element—iron-chromium-aluminum (or nickel-chromium-aluminum) wire (or plate);
(4) External wires.

The contact heating plate does not have an overheating safety mechanism with separate electrical contacts.
The contact heating plate is a casting heating plate, in which the heating body preferably extends between ribs formed on the bottom surface of the casting heating plate.
The contact heating plate is made of ceramic, wherein the heating body is preferably directly fixed on the bottom surface of the ceramic in the shape of a flat wire, especially in a plane.
