Basic theory of heat transfer of far infrared heating plate

1. Objects with different characteristics emit different infrared characteristics (wavelength), different characteristics of the infrared is easy to receive the same characteristics of the object - that is, the infrared emitted by solid substances is easy to be absorbed by solid, not easy to be absorbed by gas.

2. Forms of heat transfer: radiation, conduction, convection.

3. Heat energy is mainly (90%) transmitted in the form of radiation at high temperatures, and its radiation intensity is directly proportional to the fourth power of temperature.

4. The absorption capacity of radiant heat energy is proportional to the surface blackness of the heated object.

5. The heat conduction intensity of a heated body is directly proportional to the temperature gradient (on the surface and inside) and inversely proportional to the thermal resistance.
