XD, XQ series vacuum pumps should use the vacuum pump oil specified in the compound SH0528-92 standard. Use vacuum pump oil with ISO-VG32 viscosity grade when the ambient temperature is 0℃~10℃. When the ambient temperature is 10℃~40℃, use the vacuum pump oil of ISO-VG100 viscosity grade (the original 1# vacuum pump oil). When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be kept at 1/2~3/4 of the height of the oil window. The oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (weekly recommended).
