Calibration method for thermocouple integrated temperature transmitter

Integrated temperature transmitters mainly come in two types: thermocouples and thermistors. Before use, we need to test the integrated temperature transmitter to eliminate unnecessary faults and errors. Therefore, the following editor will introduce the calibration method of the integrated temperature transmitter of thermocouple and thermistor.
Calibration method for thermocouple integrated temperature transmitter:

1. Equipment requirements: one digital voltmeter;

2. Connect the wires according to the system connection method;

3. Input the potential values at the ten equal points of the measurement range and check if the temperature outputs meet the accuracy range;

4. According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding resistance values to output 1V and 5V respectively (the low point potentiometer and full range potentiometer can be adjusted separately);

5. Tested according to the technical specifications in the manual, it should meet the technical requirements.

Calibration method for integrated thermal resistance temperature transmitter:

1. Equipment requirements: one digital voltmeter;

2. Input the resistance values at the ten equal points of the measurement range and check if the temperature outputs meet the accuracy range;

3. According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding resistance values to output 1V and 5V (the low point potentiometer and full range potentiometer can be adjusted separately);

4. Tested according to the technical specifications in the manual, it should meet the technical requirements.
