If the oil level is normal, the oil inlet and outlet pipes should be checked for oil leakage. If there is oil leakage, it should be excluded. If the inlet and outlet pressure valves are well sealed, check the working conditions of the inlet and outlet pressure valves. If the inlet and outlet pressure valves cannot be closed, disassemble the valves, and check whether the parts on the valves have cracks or scars, whether the oil passages and holes are smooth, and whether the spring stiffness is reduced, and solve the problems in time. If the pressure valve is normal, remove the oil pipe or filter screen of the hot press for inspection. If clogged, clean and remove sediment; If the oil pipe is smooth, check the hydraulic pump and replace the hydraulic pump if necessary. If the hydraulic oil bubbles, check the installation of the oil return pipe. If the oil level of the oil return pipe is lower than the oil level of the oil pool, reinstall the oil return pipe.
