Causes and solutions of uneven heating of single-head tube

The heating resistance wire in the single-head tube is in a spiral shape. When the distance is different, it will heat differently, the distance is close, and the heat is high. The distance is long and the heat is small. When manufacturing a single-head tube, it is impossible to make the same distance between the heating wires.

There are three possibilities for uneven heating: 1. The quality of heating wire is not good, resulting in uneven wire spacing after compression. 2. The wire is not wound well. Judgment method: stretch the wires before filling to see if the spacing is even. 3. Fill the magnesium powder tightly and loosely, and the magnesium powder will be squeezed to cause unevenness during compression (this phenomenon may occur in manual filling).
