In order to enhance the sealing and moisture resistance of the product, epoxy resin, silicone resin, or PTFE can be used as sealing materials for the outlet end, with a maximum heat resistance temperature of 245 ℃. Teflon leads can also be used in easily dirty environments.

High temperature resistant materials

If the heating tube needs to be used at extremely high temperatures, ceramic sealing can be selected and sealed with high-temperature ceramic adhesive, with a maximum heat resistance temperature of 800 ° C. High temperature fiberglass wire for lead wire is optional.

Power distribution customization

Due to the fact that the temperature at both ends of the heating area of the cylindrical heater is usually lower than the middle part, improvement is particularly needed in some applications (such as sealing or rubber molds). To solve the problem of uneven distribution of heat sources, the power at both ends of a single head heater can be customized to be higher than that in the middle part. 35/30/35% is a common power distribution.

Customized non heating section

The length and position of the non heating zone can be customized according to actual needs to achieve the best heating effect. The non heating area can be located at both ends or in the middle of the heating tube.

Optional heating zone
