The P1Z series electric expansion pipe machine has been produced by our factory for a long time

On the basis of the P3Z series electric expansion pipe machine, a new generation of electric expansion pipe tools has been developed according to the needs of a large number of users. It can be widely used in power generation, petrochemical, central air conditioning, sugar making, refrigeration, drying equipment manufacturing, maintenance, and boiler installation, involving the expansion joint of pressure vessels in industries such as power, chemical, and light industry. The use of this series of expansion pipe functions can control the expansion tightness and connection strength between the pipe plate and the pipe within a moderate range of values, and can effectively control the consistency of the expansion rate.

The P1Z series electric expansion tube machine consists of a machine head and a control instrument. It uses an LSI large-scale A/D conversion integrated circuit for digital sampling conversion. The output expansion force is displayed digitally, and the expansion tube torque (expansion rate) is set by digital code. All set digital quantities are compared, locked, and controlled with the sampled converted digital values. The machine head adopts a single-phase series excited motor to increase torque through variable speed, which has the advantages of large starting torque, light weight, easy operation, accurate control, and high work efficiency.
