Characterization and Measurement of Vacuum and Vacuum State of Vacuum Silver Plating
The word vacuum comes from the ancient Greek and means "nothingness". Therefore, the film quality is improved. The deposition rate is high, the film forming speed is fast, and the thick film of 30um can be prepared.
Coverability of vacuum silver coating
Ion plating results in good diffraction properties. At higher pressures (≥1 Pa) the ions or molecules of the ionized vapor will encounter multiple collisions of gas molecules on their way to the substrate. Therefore, the film particles can be scattered around the substrate. Thus, the coverage of the film layer is improved. Moreover, the ionized film particles will also be deposited on any position on the surface of the substrate with negative voltage under the action of the electric field. Therefore, this point of evaporation plating cannot be achieved.
