Classification of Cartridge Heating Tubes

1. Components with two ends lead out. This type of component refers to what we often call double-headed heating tubes. The terminals lead out from both sides of the tube. It is the most common in electric heating tubes. For example: U-shaped heating tubes, W-shaped heating tubes, etc.

2. Components with one end lead out and parallel lead rods. This type of component is what we often call single-headed heating tubes. It is very common, and the two lead terminals come out from one side. It is generally used for embedded heating, such as: mold hole heating, casting heating, etc.

According to its matching with the heated medium, the cylindrical heating tube can be divided into the following two types:

1. Ordinary components: components mainly used for gas and liquid heating;

2. Embedded components: mainly used for heating metal solids and components with certain requirements for outer diameter size deviation.
