Classification of J-type hot runner thermocouples

1. Definition of J-type hot runner thermocouple
The J-type hot runner thermocouple is a commonly used sensor for measuring temperature. It consists of two different metal wires, forming a thermoelectric joint at the connection point. This sensor is capable of converting temperature into a voltage signal, thereby achieving temperature measurement.

2. Structure of J-type hot runner thermocouple
The structure of the J-type hot runner thermocouple consists of two different metal wires, usually copper and iron aluminum alloy. These two wires are twisted together and welded at the connection point to form a thermoelectric joint.

3. Characteristics of J-type hot runner thermocouples
The J-type hot runner thermocouple has the following characteristics:

Easy to use. The J-type hot runner thermocouple can directly convert temperature into voltage signals, making it convenient to use.

Wide range. The J-type hot runner thermocouple can measure a wide temperature range, usually up to 1000 ℃.

High sensitivity. The voltage signal of the J-type thermocouple in the hot runner is sensitive to temperature changes and can accurately measure temperature.

Corrosion resistance. The metal wire of the J-type hot runner thermocouple has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for some special environments.

4. Classification of J-type hot runner thermocouples
The J-type hot runner thermocouple can be divided into the following types according to the different external protective tubes:

Exposed thermocouple. Exposed thermocouple refers to exposing the connector of the thermocouple directly to the measurement environment, suitable for some dry and non corrosive environments.

High temperature protection tube type thermocouple. High temperature protection tube type thermocouple is a thermocouple connector that is separated from the measurement environment through a high temperature protection tube, suitable for some high temperature environments.

Corrosion resistant protection tube type thermocouple. Corrosion resistant protection tube type thermocouple is a thermocouple connector that is separated from the measurement environment by a highly corrosion-resistant protective tube, suitable for some highly corrosive environments.

By using different types of protective tubes, the J-type hot runner thermocouple can adapt to different measurement environments and meet different application requirements.
