Cleaning and Installation of Single Crystal Furnace Sub-chamber

1) Prepare a cleaning stick, paper towels, and alcohol.

2) Wrap a paper towel dipped in alcohol on the cleaning rod, and clean the inside of the auxiliary chamber to the upper part until it is confirmed that there is no dirt.

3) Lower the seed crystal chuck quickly, and carefully scrub the heavy hammer and molybdenum chuck with a paper towel moistened with alcohol. When necessary, remove the heavy hammer and polish it carefully with an abrasive cloth, and clean it. When removing the heavy hammer, work carefully to prevent the wire rope from jumping up and causing the wire rope to go out of the groove. When cleaning the wire rope, check whether the joints are aging or damaged. If any, cut off a section of the wire rope to prevent the single crystal from falling off during the crystal pulling process. Clean the lifting hammer to a certain position. When lifting the heavy hammer, do not shake the heavy hammer to prevent the heavy hammer from hanging on the lower edge of the auxiliary chamber and breaking the wire rope.

Cleaning of large graphite parts in single crystal furnace

1) Use a dusting brush to clean up the residues that fall off the furnace tube, the heat preservation cover and the upper edge of the heater.

2) Use a vacuum brush to carefully and forcefully clean the insulation cover and the parts that the heater can reach.

3) Take out the heater screw cover and check whether the electrode screws are loose, glued off, or stuck silicon. If there is any looseness, it must be tightened. If there is glue drop or sticky silicon, it must be replaced. Then close the heater screw cover.

4) If you accidentally cause the thermal field to move or rotate when dismantling the furnace, you must check whether the thermal field is symmetrical, and the temperature measuring hole should be recalibrated. If the side temperature hole is deviated, it will affect the photometric signal, causing the value of the Eurometer to be too small, and it is impossible to automatically control the temperature in the furnace and crystallize.

5) Use a dusting brush to clean the dust and residues on the bottom of the furnace, the bellows of the furnace bottom, and the exhaust holes.

6) Clean the upper part of the furnace wall with a paper towel with alcohol.
