The scraper is made of organic material and should be in contact with the coating roller as much as possible to achieve a significant effect.
Comma roller: servo motor knife adjustment, roller bearing at a lower position, cushion isolation material between the comma roller and the coating roller to carefully touch and loosen all fixed parts. Manually adjust the knife to prevent contact with the rolling surface before removal.
2. What kind of glue is good for using a coating machine? What is the quality of the glue?
Glue cannot be used to determine whether there are particles, sedimentation (which is actually normal), oil stains, etc. More importantly, it is "pre tested" before strength and firmness can be measured. However, the proportion of mixed water (fluidity), coating film thickness (too thin or too thick), drying time, air humidity, environmental temperature, and characteristics of the adhesive material can all affect the results.
3. What is the reason for the unstable gap on the back of the lithium battery coating machine during coating?
