Reason for blown fuse:

Solution:
1. Replace the appropriate fuse
2. Repair or replace the power plug or socket

4. Clean dirt, repair or replace parts.
Reason for non heating:
1. Abnormal power supply or power outage
2. The fuse has blown
3. Poor contact between the power cord plug and the power socket or open circuit in the power cord wire
4. If the plug or lead of the silicone rubber heater falls off, it may cause other short circuits
5. Burn out the silicone rubber heater; The contact points of the temperature controller have not come into contact with social defects or melted and detached.
Solution:
1. After normal use of the power supply: replace the same type of fuse
2. Repair or replace
3. Re weld firmly
4. Replace the silicone heater with the same specifications; Repair or replace.
Reason for temperature controller malfunction:
1. The porcelain handle of the thermostat is stuck by a foreign object
2. Thermal bimetallic deformation; Fatigue and elastic losses of moving and stationary contacts
3. The dynamic and static contacts are stuck and cannot be opened or closed
4. The fastening screws of the moving and static contact parts are loose.
Solution:
1. Remove foreign objects and move up and down flexibly by pressing with your hand
Adjust the deformation amount to restore the original shape and elasticity
3. Adjust the angle of the touchpoints to restore psychological resilience
4. Grind the contact points, and if there is no legal effect, replace them with a newer product; Tighten again.
Reasons for leakage:
1. The grounding wire is not properly connected; Too much dirt on the electric socket or power plug
2. Circuit wire detachment and cup protrusion: Insulation damage to silicone rubber heater (silicone rubber heating strip)
III. The silicone rubber heater (silicone rubber heater) is burnt out and the cup body is short circuited
4. Improper cleaning and placement in the junction box.
Solution:
1. Connect the ground wire as required
2. After cleaning, air dry
3. Check for detachment and wires, and re weld them firmly
