Common knowledge of using thermistor and thermocouple
Leave a message
Thermistors and thermocouples should avoid severe collisions and bumps during storage, transportation, carrying, installation, and use.
Thermistors and thermocouples should avoid sudden cooling and heating when placed in the measurement temperature field.
When using, the specified insertion depth should be reached, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement cannot be guaranteed.
It should be used in the environment and atmosphere specified for thermocouples and thermistors, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life and accuracy.
The upper limit of the measured temperature field should be close to two-thirds of the upper limit of the measurement range. If it works for a long time at the upper limit of the measurement range, it may affect its lifespan.
When installing in a high temperature environment, full consideration should be given to the high temperature strength of the protective tube and the deformation under high temperature conditions.
The impact of thermocouple and thermistor leads on measurement accuracy should be fully considered. The connecting wires from thermocouples and thermal resistors to display devices or transmitters should be as short as possible and shielded wires should be used; When using, it should be wired separately from the power line, otherwise it will cause interference and affect the stability of the display.
