5.1.5 Materials:
The materials used for manufacturing components should be reasonably selected according to their usage requirements, taking into account operating conditions and complying with their quality standards.
The commonly used materials for component metal tubes and their allowable dielectric properties and maximum operating temperature are shown in Table 1.
The maximum allowable surface load of commonly used materials for component metal tubes in commonly used media should comply with the provisions of Table 2.
Insulation filling materials should be selected based on the working temperature of the components. When the working temperature T ≤ 400 ℃, fill with low-temperature magnesium oxide powder; When the working temperature is 400 ℃ < T ≤ 600 ℃, fill with medium temperature magnesium oxide powder; When the working temperature is 600 ℃ < T ≤ 850 ℃, fill with high-temperature magnesium oxide powder. For components with a maximum temperature above 450 ℃ or temperatures that may be encountered during processing exceeding 450 ℃, brass lead out rods shall not be used.
5.1.3 Environmental conditions
a. Altitude not exceeding 1000m
b. Surrounding environment temperature -20 ℃~50 ℃
c. The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 90% (when the ambient temperature is 25 ℃)
d. There are no conductive dust, explosive gases, or corrosive gases that can seriously damage metals and insulation materials in the surrounding area
e. No obvious impact or vibration
If the user has special requirements, they can submit them in accordance with Article 9.2.
5.1.4 Safety and Health
Elements used for heating in flammable atmospheres should be designed to avoid explosion accidents
Elements used for heating in pressure media should be designed to avoid pressure relief accidents caused by damage to metal pipes, welds, and seals.
Elements used for heating in toxic and harmful media should be designed to avoid leakage accidents caused by metal pipes, welds, and seals.
The shell or coating of components in contact with food and diet should not pose any harmful risks to human diet, and reliable and effective measures should be taken for protection. The limit requirements for possible harmful substances are specified in specific product standards.
