13. The injection molding machine actively adjusts the mold to become tighter or looser
Handling method:
1) : The mold regulating solenoid valve has internal leakage. Check if the solenoid valve is of "O" type and replace it.
14. Crawling treatment of injection molding machine during mold opening
Handling method:
1) The second board guide rail and Golin column are severely worn. Check the second board guide rail and Golin column, replace the second board copper sleeve and Golin column, and add smooth oil.
2) Improper adjustment of mold opening and locking speed and pressure. When the flow rate is set to 20 and the pressure is set to 99, the second plate of the mold should not crawl. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole, and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.
3) There is air in the pipeline and oil cylinder, and exhaust.
15. Hinging noise of injection molding machine opening and closing machine
Handling method:
1) Check if the smooth oil pipe is broken, otherwise there is no smooth oil coming to the machine, and connect the oil pipe from the beginning.
2) : The amount of smooth oil is small, increase the amount of smooth oil, and advocate applying oil once for 50 molds.
3) : The locking force is high. Check if the mold needs a high locking force and lower the locking force.
4) Adjust the current disorderly, check if the current parameters meet the acceptance specifications, and adjust the current value from scratch.
5) : If the parallelism exceeds the tolerance, use a dial gauge to check whether the parallelism of the first two plates exceeds the acceptance specifications; Adjust parallelism.
16. Countermeasures for non locking of injection molding machines
Handling method:
1) : Check the travel switch in front of the safety door. And fix it.
2) Check the 24V5A power supply, replace it securely, and replace it with a power box.
3) Check if the valve core is stuck and clean the valve core.
4) Check if the I/O board has output and if the solenoid valve is energized.
5) Check if the hydraulic safety switch is pressed.
17. Malfunctions and solutions in the mold adjustment part of injection molding machines
1) In terms of design, it is necessary to avoid sharp changes in the shaft diameter. At the step or cutting groove, large rounded corners should be used as much as possible for transition, and data with better induction function should be selected. Special treatment should not only handle the surface hardness of the thread (to be wear-resistant), but also try to reduce surface stress concentration, improve the surface smoothness, and minimize stress damage as much as possible.
2) To ensure the accuracy of quick work, especially the length of the connecting rod, the height of the bearing seat, the accuracy of the crosshead, and the positioning accuracy of the bearing seat on the template.
3) Special attention should be paid to ensuring that the length of the four support rods is good during assembly or after removing the adjusting nuts, and the distance between the adjusting nuts and the rear template should also be adjusted.
4) When the product produces flash, the reason should be analyzed, and the locking force should not be unilaterally improved. If the mold is found to be uneven, it should be ground flat, and if the length of the connecting rod is uneven, it should be corrected, including copper pads, paper sheets, etc. Perhaps proofread the adjusting nut.
