Common problems and solutions of liquid electric heaters
1. Poor pipeline circulation
Solution: Turn on the air release switch of the heater and pipeline to release the gas in the pipeline, which can generally solve the problem of poor circulation in the pipeline. (Note that there must be no large bends in the pipeline, otherwise the pipeline cannot circulate.)
2. When starting to use, it was found that the heater was not working properly
Solution: Please confirm that the water circuit valve of the heater is open, and the heater should rotate flexibly. When the heater is installed and starts working for the first time, due to the lack of oil in the heater oil pipe, the heater may not work properly at once. After a few operations, it can work normally. The ignition plug and fuel evaporation net generally do not need to be cleaned, but if the heater drips oil and emits smoke and cannot burn, please remove the glow plug and evaporation net, reinstall them in place, and then turn on the heater.
3. If the water circulation of the heater is not smooth during use, the temperature of the heater body will be too high. At this time, the manual reset thermal safety on the heater will automatically disconnect, stop oil supply, and gradually cool the body.
Solution: If this situation occurs, please check whether the heater water pipe is unobstructed and whether the water pipe is compressed. Then press the thermal safety reset button in the center of the rubber cap to restart.
4. The indicator light of the heater switch does not light up when turned on
Solution: Check whether the main power supply is turned on, whether the heater fuse is blown, whether the wiring harness contact is good and firm, and whether the control box is damaged.
5. If the heater cannot burn or the combustion is unstable, the exhaust port will not drip oil or smoke.
Solution: Check if the oil pump and pipelines are blocked, loose, or leaking air.
