2. The heating lamp of the electric water heater does not light up or heat up
1) Check whether the leakage protector of the water heater is damaged. If so, replace the leakage protector.

3) Check whether there is a problem with the main board that causes the relay to fail to engage or the main control relay to be damaged. If so, replace the relay or motherboard.
4) Check whether the cables between the main board and the control board are loose. If so, tighten the connection ends at both ends of the flat cable.
5) Check whether the common line of the heating element assembly and the wiring posts on the main control panel have fallen off. If so, reinstall and tighten the common wire of the heating element assembly and the wiring posts on the main control panel.
