Common types of mold heating tube products

(1) Single head electric heating tubes can be specifically divided into:

1. Micro mold heating tube: diameter Φ 2.2~ Φ 5.9mm.

2. Standard mold heating tube: diameter Φ 6~ Φ 25 mm.

3. Large mold heating tube: diameter Φ 25~ Φ 100 mm.

4. Two semicircular mold heating tubes: Two semicircular mold heating tubes are an improved product of ordinary single end mold heating elements. They are made by folding a semicircular heating element in half, and after being folded, their own expansion force is closely matched with the mold hole. They have the advantages of high power density, long service life, and high heat efficiency. They are an updated product of single end mold heating elements, especially for high temperature requirements, Mold heating with fast heating speed.

5. Flat mold heating tube: This product is the most effective heating element in molds in special environments, used in some tapered mold holes. And other device manufacturers use it.

6. Hollow mold heating tube: Utilizes a single headed hollow tube to quickly heat air.

7. Cone shaped mold heating tubes and square mold heating tubes are two of the most effective heating elements used as heating elements in molds in special environments, some of which are used in tapered mold holes.

(2) According to the outgoing standards, it can be specifically divided into:

1. Soft lead mold heating tube: Stainless steel soft wire is led out from the inside of the heating tube and covered with a fiberglass sleeve on the outside. This process has low cost and is not prone to wire breakage.

2. External wiring mold heating tube: Stainless steel hard wire is led out from the inside of the heating tube by a lead out rod, and then connected to the high-temperature wire outside. This process is a standard process, and domestic single head pipes are all led in this way, which is low-cost and widely used.

3. Inner lead mold heating tube: The high-temperature wire is directly led out from the inside of the heating tube, which is a high cost process but not easy to break the wire.

(3) According to process standards, it can be specifically divided into:

1. PTC automatic temperature control electric heating tube: produced using rare earth metals instead of traditional electric heating wires. This product can use the resistance properties of rare earth metals to automatically control temperature.

2. High density mold heating tube: produced by using magnesium oxide rods wrapped externally.

3. Low density mold heating tube: made from magnesium oxide tube wire transmission.

(4) According to the power mold heating tube, it can be specifically divided into:

1. Low power density.

2. High power single head tube.

3. Medium power single head tube.

4. Ultra high power single head transistor.
