Compared with phosphating treatment, it saves a lot of energy and reduces fuel exhaust emissions for application enterprises;

(3) The phosphating process requires the addition of nitrite promoter to produce nitrite and its decomposition products, which pose a threat to human health. There is no precipitation reaction in the silylation reaction, so no sediment is generated in daily treatment, eliminating the problem of solid waste treatment in the pre-treatment process and effectively extending the tank liquid turnover cycle. If filters and ion exchangers are installed, they can be used in a closed cycle.
