Platinum rhodium thermocouple
Platinum rhodium thermocouple is a traditional temperature measuring element with stable thermal stability and strong oxidation resistance, suitable for continuous application in oxidizing and inert atmospheres. The temporary application temperature is 1600 ℃, and the short-term application temperature is 1800 ℃.
Platinum rhodium thermocouples have reliable quality and guaranteed detection. Platinum rhodium is a traditional temperature measuring element, which has stable thermal stability and strong oxidation resistance. The temporary application temperature is 1600 ℃, and the short-term application temperature is 1800 ℃. Taizhou platinum rhodium alloy wire with high temperature resistance, accurate temperature measurement, and high precision is included in the "99 corundum maintenance kit" for external use.
Tungsten rhenium thermocouple
Tungsten rhenium thermocouple is a low-temperature resistant thermocouple. It has the advantages of good linear correlation between temperature and potential, reliable thermal stability, and low cost.
Paired with performance instruments, it can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, and gas media. It can replace platinum rhodium thermocouples in high-tech metallurgical industries, low-temperature electronic thermoelectric system construction engineering, space transportation equipment, and ultra-low temperature measurement equipment for nuclear reactors.
The correlation between the thermoelectric potential of tungsten rhenium thermocouple and temperature conforms to the ZBN05003-88 scale table, which is equivalent to the ASTME696-84 scale. It can be applied in a vacuum, recovery, and inert atmosphere within the temperature range of 0-2300 ℃.
The tungsten rhenium thermocouple with special maintenance tube can also be temporarily used in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1600 ℃, and its price is lower than that of platinum rhodium thermocouple.
