Comparison between PTC heater and traditional electric heating tube

1. Security

When the fan malfunctions and stops or gets stuck, the surface temperature of the heater should be maintained at a limited safe temperature of around 230 ℃, so as not to cause surface redness and eliminate the risk of accidents.

 

 

 

2. Energy saving

When the ambient temperature rises, the self resistance gradually increases, and the power gradually decreases. After the ambient temperature stabilizes, the power stops changing, thus achieving the effect of energy conservation.

3. High heat conversion rate

It has a long lifespan and is minimally affected by external voltage. The PTC heater is superior to traditional electric heating tubes in all aspects of performance through careful design.

PTC principle: PTC electric heater is an automatic temperature control and energy-saving heater. It is composed of PTC thermosensitive ceramic components as the heat source, aluminum alloy corrugated plates as the heat sink, and is bonded and welded.

Uniformly distribute high-temperature resistance wires inside high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless pipes, and densely fill the gaps with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. This structure is not only advanced and has high thermal efficiency, but also generates uniform heat. When there is current passing through the high-temperature resistance wire, the heat generated diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal pipe, and then transfers to the heated part or air to achieve the purpose of heating.
