Composition and structure of pipeline electric heaters?

Pipeline electric heater is a heating equipment that uses electricity as energy source to heat liquids, gases, and other media to a certain temperature. The pipeline electric heater consists of many components, including pipelines, electric heaters, thermocouples, controllers, insulation layers, brackets, etc.

Pipeline: Pipeline is the core part of pipeline electric heater, which is the channel for medium flow. The material of pipelines is generally made of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, such as stainless steel, nickel chromium alloy, etc. The size and length of the pipeline are mainly determined by the flow rate, temperature requirements, and operating pressure of the heating medium.

Electric heater: Electric heater is an important part of pipeline electric heater, which converts electrical energy into heat energy and heats the medium in the pipeline. The material of electric heaters is usually made of alloy resistance wires and arranged in a spiral shape on the pipeline. Different pipeline electric heaters have different arrangements due to their different heating ranges and power levels.

Thermocouple: A thermocouple is a temperature measurement instrument that can convert temperature signals into electrical signals. In pipeline electric heaters, thermocouples can be used to measure the temperature of the medium in the pipeline and transmit the temperature signal to the electric heater through a controller for automatic control.

Controller: The controller is an intelligent control device in the pipeline electric heater, which can automatically control the electric heater, including controlling temperature, heating power, etc. The controller can be adjusted as needed to ensure stable temperature of the medium.

Insulation layer: The insulation layer is the protective layer of the pipeline electric heater, which can isolate the electrical energy between the heater and the pipeline, and avoid direct transmission of electrical energy to the environment, thereby avoiding pipeline damage.

Bracket: The bracket is the supporting part of the pipeline electric heater, mainly used to fix the pipeline and electric heater to prevent them from sagging or bending.

In practical applications, there are many structural forms of pipeline electric heaters, and the differences in the structure of different pipeline electric heaters lie in the differences in heating power, heating range, dielectric quality, and pipeline material. By understanding the structure of pipeline electric heaters, one can better grasp their working principle and workflow, and accurately select suitable pipeline electric heaters in practical applications to improve production efficiency.
