Correct installation, debugging, and usage instructions for high-temperature mesh belts

1, Scope of application: High temperature mesh refers to the type of metal mesh used at temperatures above 800 ℃; The following requirements should also be followed when using mesh tapes with temperatures above 600 ℃.

2, Installation and debugging requirements:

1. The mesh belt can only be installed when the furnace is shut down and cooled to below 60 ℃, to prevent the mesh belt from passing through the furnace and causing high temperature burns to the human body;

2. Before installing the high-temperature mesh belt, it is necessary to check that all drums, rollers, and tensioning wheels are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the centerline of the furnace body;

3. After the installation and docking of the mesh belt, it is necessary to maintain it below 300 ℃ and run it at a fast speed for at least 12 hours for cold adjustment and correction. The correct docking should be carried out, and the B-type spiral wire should be cross docked until the mesh belt is observed to be running without any deviation or snaking before heating up;

4. When the furnace is heated to the operating temperature, it should also be operated at no load for 12 hours for thermal adjustment and correction, until there is no deviation or snaking during the operation of the mesh belt, before it can start to be used.

3, Requirements for the heating and cooling process:

1. When a stepwise heating is required, it is recommended to keep the temperature at 300 ℃ and 600 ℃ for 1 hour each to avoid prolonged stays in the area around 600 ℃ for more than 1 hour;

2. The cooling process should also avoid staying in an area of about 50 ℃ above or below 600 ℃;

3. During the heating and cooling process, the high-temperature mesh belt must always be in operation to avoid being subjected to sudden cold and heat.

4, Process control requirements for use:

1. It is necessary to monitor the deviation and snaking status of the network belt at all times, and adjust it promptly and slowly once it occurs;

2. After the installation and use of the new high-temperature mesh belt, there will be a normal initial extension. After about 2 months of use, necessary cutting of the mesh must be made according to the actual situation; Then, according to the amplitude of the mesh belt becoming curved, adjust the mesh belt to run in the opposite direction, buffer the deformation pre gravity of the mesh belt, and self correct the formation of the mesh wire;

3. Reasonable furnace loading should be set to avoid overloading of the mesh belt or uneven distribution of load;

4. Before the product is put into the furnace, consider whether there is a volatile acid-base atmosphere to avoid erosion of the mesh belt under high temperature conditions;

5. After operating at a temperature above 950 ℃ for a period of time, it is normal for the welding points on both sides of the mesh belt to crack or deform and shrink. Customers need to customize a reasonable high-temperature alloy wire and mesh belt structure design according to their own needs;

6. Regularly take care of the edges on both sides of the high-temperature mesh belt. If it is found that the cracks on both sides gradually become larger or distorted due to high temperature, stop in a timely manner, and use the original alloy wire to lap weld and repair to extend the service life.
