1. After running the air duct heater for a period of time (depending on the user's usage), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clean the carbon deposits inside. If the guide wire of the ignition plug is found to be burnt out, the burner must be removed and replaced.
2. If it is found that there is too much carbon accumulation inside the machine, which leads to a decrease in thermal efficiency, the heat sink on the inner wall of the water jacket and the carbon accumulation in the combustion chamber should be cleaned.
3. If there is mud blockage in the intake and exhaust pipes of the heater host, it should be cleaned and unblocked in a timely manner. Keep the heating chamber clean and do not place flammable debris around it.
4. The circulating heating agent in the heating cycle system should use antifreeze that is consistent with the external environmental temperature.
5. The automatic control box and other heating elements on the heater host are maintained according to general low-voltage electrical maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box are carefully adjusted by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and users should not make unauthorized changes.
6. Ensure the overall condition of the thermal control device is intact and undergo periodic inspections. If any microswitches are found to be faulty or damaged, they should be replaced immediately.
7. The main motor, which is commonly used in air duct heaters, normally does not require maintenance after 5000 hours of use. However, if abnormal operation is caused by long-term operation or other factors, maintenance must be carried out to check for carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication. If necessary, please add lubricating grease or replace the carbon brush.
