3) If any abnormalities occur during the sandblasting process, immediately press the emergency stop button to identify the cause of the problem and resolve it before continuing with the processing.

4) During the sandblasting process, always pay attention to the operation and temperature rise of each motor. If overheating is found, please stop the machine in a timely manner for inspection.

Daily maintenance and upkeep of glass sandblasting machine

1) Regularly check the oil level of the gearbox. If the oil level is insufficient (less than 1/3 of the centerline of the oil level gauge), add oil and add ordinary gear oil (such as 40 # gear oil).

2) Regularly (usually once a month) check the tension of the belt. If the belt is too loose or too tight, the tightening device must be adjusted.

3) Add calcium based grease lubricating oil to the main transmission shaft bearing once a month.

4) The protective board of the main engine's inner box and each air knife should be regularly inspected. If severe wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Specification for the use of electronic pulse dust collectors for glass sandblasting machines

1. Open the top door;

2. Remove the 4 pipes inside;

3. Take out the cage skeleton inside the cloth bag;

4. Clamp the groove 1 cm from the top of the cloth bag to the circular hole on the iron plate, and pull it up and down without moving;

5. Reinstall the cage skeleton;

6. Install the 4 iron pipes in place;

7. Install the top door properly;
