Design and construction of single-ended electric heating tube (heating rod) for precision molds

Our high-power density molded heaters have been manufactured with exceptional quality since their introduction. Our exceptional engineering design improves performance and production efficiency, resulting in the most consistent and reliable heaters on the market.
1. High-quality nickel-chromium resistance wire is wound around a high-purity magnesium oxide core rod. The heating wire and internal pins are overlapped and crimped together to maximize connection life.
2. Exceptional heating wire positioning and precise centering ensure excellent heating uniformity. The wound heating wire is close to the heating rod housing, ensuring fast and efficient heat transfer to the heated object.
3. High-density compressed ceramic insulation: The magnesium oxide ceramic insulation is compressed to its theoretical density to provide optimal thermal conductivity and dielectric strength, while offering maximum protection against shock and vibration.
4. High-temperature alloy housings are available. Available housing materials include several stainless steels and INCOLOY alloys, and can also be manufactured to specific application materials. 5. Tail seal: A disc made of the same material as the housing is welded to the end of the heating rod. This weld provides the required seal for liquid heating and eliminates the possibility of impurities entering the end of the heating rod.
6. Durable, heat-resistant wire. Standard high-temperature wire exits the rod through a ceramic terminal. The wire insulation is embedded in the ceramic terminal to prevent bare wire from exiting the end when the wire is bent. The standard wire is a 300mm UL-certified wire, and the insulation meets UL standards for a continuous operating temperature of 250°C. A variety of wire types are available.
