Design characteristics of acid-base electric heating tubes

In electroplating, pickling and other equipment, the use of acid-base electric heating tubes is quite common. Today, we will introduce the general design characteristics of acid-base electric heating tubes:

1. High quality stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) electric heating tube core is selected, and the outer layer is made of PTFE tube, which has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for heating various corrosive liquids.

3. The installation position of the electric heating tube should pay attention to preventing solid deposits in the solution on the surface of the electric heating tube, or the liquid being too thick or too low can burn out the PTFE tube due to poor surface heat dissipation

4. The shape is divided into upright and bottom heated "L" and "Z" shapes.

5. Acid alkali electric heating tubes are suitable for heating various corrosive liquids and are the best choice for heating equipment such as electroplating, electrolysis, oil removal, acid washing, chemical nickel phosphorus plating, anodizing, aluminum plating, smelting, chemical industry, medicine, etc!

Stainless steel electric heating is a heating method that must be used in almost all plastic molding mold designs. It is usually designed in various forms such as unidirectional and bidirectional wiring. The material can be made of materials such as slotted pipes, seamless pipes, stainless steel 201, 304, 316, etc. The characteristics are small heat loss, high thermal efficiency, simple wiring, and can be designed as 220V or 380V according to needs. The wiring is flexible and diverse. However, due to the limitations of its materials and processing technology, attention should be paid to its body oriented characteristics in mold design.

(1) Generally, mold heating tubes have longer cold ends at both ends and cannot serve the purpose of heating. Its characteristic is that it only has one cold end, and the cold end is generally small, about 1cm

(2) The power design of general mold electric heating tubes should not exceed the limit of 6 watts per centimeter as much as possible. For a 20 centimeter long heating tube, the power should not exceed 200W as much as possible. If the design power exceeds this limit, the surface load of stainless steel heating pipes will be higher, and the steel pipes are prone to oxidation and corrosion, causing short circuits. (3) The mold electric heating tube must be tightly fitted to the mold hole, so that the heat conduction effect is good and it is also beneficial for the service life of the heating tube. The size of the Zhuanghai single head heating tube can be precise to ± 0.08mm

(4) Mold heating tubes are usually dry fired tubes, so the temperature must be controlled well during operation, preferably not exceeding 150 degrees.
