Differences and precautions between industrial ovens and ordinary ovens

The differences are as follows:
1. Temperature
Industrial ovens are mostly used for baking at temperatures above 200 degrees Celsius, and are typically used for factory production and testing. The baking temperature of a general oven is generally below 200 degrees Celsius, and its main purpose is to store and bake.
2. Material
The exterior of most industrial ovens is made of stainless steel, while the exterior of ordinary ovens is mostly made of galvanized sheet steel. The two materials are also different.
3. Thickness
The thermal insulation layer of industrial ovens is usually much thicker than that of ordinary ovens. The thickness of the thermal insulation layer of industrial ovens can reach 100 mm, while the thickness of ordinary ovens is only 35-50 mm.
4. Outer wall temperature
Also at a temperature of 200 ℃, the outer wall temperature of industrial ovens typically does not exceed 30 degrees. However, the temperature of the outer wall of an ordinary oven can reach over 100 degrees, which can easily scald people.
The application precautions for industrial ovens are as follows:
"The application of this instrument must be under the responsibility of a dedicated person. After the application of the equipment, external power should be cut off to avoid accidents.".
When placing test objects in the task room, they should not be placed too tightly to avoid affecting the normal activity of the airflow in the task room. Each object must have a 10 to 20mm gap between them, and be placed symmetrically. The objects on each shelf should be placed in a staggered manner. The partition between the bottom shelf and the bottom of the task room must have a partition greater than 100mm.
Necessary space should be left around the equipment to facilitate heat dissipation, control, and maintenance of the oven equipment.
4. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the equipment.
